Students with a valid reason requiring a long-term exemption from wearing the official uniform may be issued a permanent authorisation card in their name. The card will serve as evidence of the school's approval to wear the alternative uniform.

4. Teachers’ Responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for checking students’ Compliance Excuse Slips when required and ensuring that students have valid authorisation from the school office.

Students must present their slips whenever requested. Teachers should refer cases of non-compliance to the school office in accordance with the school's procedures.

  • Awards and privileges: Repeated uniform violations may affect students’ points in school awards and their eligibility for certain school privileges, in accordance with applicable school policies.

  • Parental involvement: The school may conduct follow-ups regarding repeated violations, including discussions with students in the presence of their parents.
