NOTICE ON MISSED MOCK EXAMINATIONS

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We would like to inform you that the school has decided to conduct the missed mock examinations for Grade 11 and 12 students. Please note the following important details regarding these arrangements.

Reason for the resit

As per the Assessment Policy, missed Mock Exams are not given. However, this examination is being offered strictly on account of the ongoing epidemic situation in the country, which prevented a number of students from sitting the original mock examinations as scheduled. 

Attendance requirement

As with any examination, the standard requirement of 80% attendance for the semester applies equally to this resit examination. Students who do not meet this attendance requirement will not be eligible to sit the resit.

Eligibility for the resit exam

Students who have notified the school by email of a temporary inability that prevented them from attending an examination, in accordance with the School Assessment Policy, are eligible to apply for the resit examination.

To register, eligible students must complete the attached application form and submit it before the stated deadline.

Examination Period

The examinations will be held once the Mock Exam is over, excluding scheduled school holidays. A timetable will be shared with students.

Please be informed that resit exams will be given outside of the school  teaching hours  as the classes  for the rest of the semester leading to the A’level examinations cannot be compromised.
